Our order cut off times are the following: Order cut off time for Monday is BEFORE Thursday at 12 noon. If your order was placed after our order cut off times, your meals would be delivered to you the following week. You can refer to this date in your email notfication for your purchase. 

We deliver Monday every week between 7:00am to 3pm. You will recieve an email notfication when we are out for delivery. Also on the day of delivery you will recieve an email notification after your order has been delivered.

If you are not home to receive your delivery, the package will be left at your door or concierge. Kindly ensure your complete shipping address, phone number, email address, buzzer code (if any), instructions for delivery (if any) is provided with your order to Fuel Your Body. Kindly fill in the comments section with any special instructions (regarding delivery) that we need to know while placing your order. This information will help our Team understand your needs and serve you better.

If you are on a weekly plan, you need to login to your account and submit your meal choices before Thursday at Noon, for the upcoming week, starting from the second week for the duration of your meal plan.

If you did not make any meal selections for the week, we will make the selections on your behalf. The meals will vary according to the current live menu.

We strictly cannot accept meal selections after Thursday at noon.

This is perfect if you do not wish to visit our website and place orders weekly. On a weekly plan, automatic payments will be processed weekly on Thursday after your first delivery date. Before your weekly plan renews, you may pause, skip weeks, resume or cancel by using your customer account page. All cancellations must be done before the weekly automatic renewal. Fuel Your Body will not take responsibility if you forget to cancel before the renewal date.

For any refunds, there will be a service charge of 3% on the total refund amount. If the order cut off time is exceeded, and your order was processed by our team, we would not be able to refund you for that order, since we cannot cancel or refund an order after the order cut off time has passed as all the supplies have been purchased. 

You do not need to purchase ice packs. The meals are delivered in our insulated cooler bags and include frozen water bottles and on top of that are thoroughly cooled down in our commercial fridges prior to delivery.
